Shipping & Returns
LOCAL COLLECTION
Local collection can be arranged via email or message. Please note that our business does not have a fixed address, as crafting is often done on the road. As a result, local collection availability may vary depending on the day, week, or month.
While we are happy to offer local collection, our preference is for customers to pay for freight, and we will personally deliver orders to local addresses whenever possible.
For all orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday) for processing before collection or delivery is available. If you require a rush order, please reach out to us prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via MyPost Business and Australia Post, with a tracking number provided for every parcel. You will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery address, as the courier will leave your parcel in a safe location if you are not home at the time of delivery.
Our processing time is 5-7 business days, which includes the time required to package and prepare your order for dispatch. Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks to create before they are shipped. If any delays are anticipated, we will notify you when you place your order.
Shipping Times:
Parcel Post: Typically takes 3-5 business days within Victoria, or up to 10 business days for interstate deliveries.
Express Post: Usually takes 1-2 business days within Victoria, or up to 4 business days for interstate deliveries.
Please note that public holidays may affect these delivery timelines.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Refunds are not available for items lost in transit, change of mind, or cancelled orders.
For faulty product claims, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds unless the product is faulty.
Please note that our products are designed to be worn and, like all wearable items, will not last forever. We do not accept returns or process faulty claims after the 3-day period has passed.
To be eligible for a faulty claim, the product must arrive damaged, not break or become damaged after it has been worn. Our products are delicate and should be handled with care.
